The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Reidduibelyn.
Räz Oyvȳ̈b Ett was built using the conventions of Undermountain durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Räz Oyvȳ̈b Ett is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Räz Oyvȳ̈b Ett is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of narrow paverstone streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The city has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the city is well defended against anything short of an army. Astonishigly, the cost-cutting-focused defences are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.
Räz Oyvȳ̈b Ett is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the city like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife.

It emerged as a movement against traditional, classical styles and sought to make buildings dynamic and fun while breaking the rules. Traditional, conservative leanings were void in this era, with most scholars of architecture agreeing it was a time of “anything goes.”.

POI
History
Räz Oyvȳ̈b Ett is in secret rebellion against their ostensible liege, having cut deals with his enemies, plotted to betray him for their own gain, or bridled under his tyranny and sought a better lord. The community’s leadership is all in on this plot, and outside viceroys or representatives are being kept carefully ignorant of the reality. The common folk may be oblivious to the truth, though they’ll doubtless have felt the same motivations and promptings that convinced their leaders to turn traitor.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century several years of heavy rains culminated in a peculiar disaster. A great hole opened up beneath Räz Oyvȳ̈b Ett, swallowing large sections of the community. Räz Oyvȳ̈b Ett lost 172 people, 149 livestock, and 45 buildings in the disaster. This disaster is often refereed to as The Cursed Fates Swallowing.
